Deposit & Fees
A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to arrival.

Yes, the private outdoor hot tub is available year-round and is regularly maintained for cleanliness and safety.
How far is the cottage from the GTA?
The cottage is within about a 2-hour drive from the GTA, making it an easy getaway for weekends and longer stays.
What sleeping arrangements are available?
The cottage includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, and desk; a second bedroom with a king bed; a third bedroom with a queen and twin bed; a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds; and a double sofa bed.
Is the cottage family-friendly?
Yes, the cottage is well suited for family stays, with multiple sleeping areas, lake access, outdoor space, and amenities designed for comfort and convenience.
Is there an EV charger?
Yes, there is a Level 2 EV charger with a NEMA 14-50 plug available at the property.
Can I fish or swim in the lake?
Yes, guests can enjoy the lake for swimming in the warmer months, and Lake Eugenia is also known for fishing, including largemouth bass.
